摘  要:介绍了采煤机牵引电机的发展情况,由于煤矿井下应用的环境恶劣,潮湿滴水、多尘,采煤机牵引电机的满载甚至超载频繁启动且电机安装空间小,维护保养差,因此电机设计制造、制造难度大,不管是国内还是国外的采煤机电机易出现绕组温度高、电机进水、机座水道鼓包难维修、转子导条断裂等现象。结合国内采煤机牵引电机的开发情况,通过对采煤机永磁牵引电动机的电磁方案、转子结构、机座结构、轴贯通密封装置进行了重新优化设计,成功解决了采煤机牵引电机在煤矿井下使用易进水、绕组温度高、转子断条等问题。This article introduces the development of traction motors for coal mining machines.Due to the harsh environment of underground coal mining applications,such as moisture,dripping water,and dust,the traction motors for coal mining machines frequently start at full load or even overload,and the motor installation space is small and maintenance is poor.Therefore,the design,manufacturing,and manufacturing of motors are difficult.Whether it is domestic or foreign,coal mining machine motors are prone to high winding temperature,water ingress,and difficult maintenance of machine seat water channel bulges Phenomena such as broken rotor guide bars.Based on the development of domestic coal mining machine traction motors,the electromagnetic scheme,rotor structure,frame structure,and shaft through sealing device of the permanent magnet traction motor for coal mining machines have been re optimized and designed,successfully solving the problems of easy water ingress,high winding temperature,and rotor bar breakage when using coal mining machine traction motors in coal mines.
