摘  要:港西油田油泥砂80%以上为半固态沉积物,通过油泥砂处理厂清洗,存在着处置成本高、不彻底等问题,而直接调剖利用又存在沉积物注入性差、现场调剖配液难度大、施工故障率高等棘手问题,通过开展高固相泥砂悬浮体系研发、泥砂型混配调剖工艺研究、油泥砂调剖井优选等工作,可实现油泥砂调剖资源化利用。More than 80%of the oil sludge sand in Gangxi oilfield is semi-solid sediment,which is cleaned by the sludge treatment plant.There are some difficult problems such as high disposal cost and incompletement in the process of sludge treatment.And direct utilization by profile control also has problems such as poor injectivity,difficult configuration,and high construction failure rate.By researching and developing of high solidoid sludge suspension system,sludge profile control technology and well optimization,the resource utilization of sludge profile control can be realized.
