基于ANASYS Workbench流固耦合的全向信标天线风载强度分析

摘  要:随着国内民航事业的快速发展,全向信标/测距仪台站建设和维护的相关规章、规范在日益完善,也在不断更新。根据实际情况及天线设计要求即天线在风速为45m/s的情况下其天线主体所受到的载荷情况以及其被破环情况;需在结构设计阶段对天线结构进行必要的有限元仿真计算,以验证结构设计是否符合使用要求。文中针对全向信标天线的结构形式和安装方式,利用ANASYS Workbench对其进行流固耦合分析。证明其在45m/s的风速情况下,天线载荷最大位置为1.62MPa,安装处其最大载荷为5.69MPa,迎风面所受的载荷为1291Pa,其最大位移处仅为5.7e-3mm,均满足设计要求。With the rapid development of domestic civil aviation,the relevant regulations and specifications for the construction and maintenance of omni-directional beacon/rangefinder stations are being improved and updated.According to the actual situation and the antenna design requirements that the antenna in the case of wind speed of 45m/s the antenna body is subjected to load situation and its broken ring situation.It is necessary to carry out necessary finite element simulation calculations on the antenna structure at the structural design stage to verify whether the structural design meets the usage requirements.In this paper,the structural form and installation mode of omnidirectional beacon antenna are analyzed by ANASYS Workbench to analyze the fluid-structure coupling.It is proved that under the wind speed of 45m/s,the maximum antenna load is 1.62MPa,the maximum load at the mounting place is 5.69MPa,the load on the windward side is 1291Pa,and the maximum displacement is only 5.7e-3mm,which meets the design requirements.
