摘 要:在进行贵州省剑河至黎平高速公路项目刘家岭隧道施工时,为降低施工成本及保护环境,拟采用机制砂制备喷射砼。因为机制砂在性能方面与常用的天然砂存在很大差异,所以用天然砂配备隧道喷砼的配合比设计理论及相关经验都不适用机制砂配备喷砼的配合设计。本项目通过试验研究,分析和总结了配合比各设计参数对机制砂喷射砼各项性能的影响程度和规律,并于喷射砼中掺入粉煤灰改善其工作性能,设计出符合施工和规范要求的机制砂喷射砼配合比,为将机制砂应用于喷射砼的配合比设计提供了借鉴经验。During the construction of the Liujialing Tunnel on the Jianhe Liping Expressway project in Guizhou Province,in order to reduce construction costs and protect the environment,it is planned to use machine-made sand to prepare sprayed concrete.Due to the significant difference in performance between machine made sand and commonly used natural sand,the mix design theory and relevant experience of using natural sand for tunnel shotcrete are not applicable to the mix design of machine made sand with shotcrete.Through experimental research,this project analyzed and summarized the degree and regularity of the influence of various design parameters of the mix proportion on the performance of machine made sand sprayed concrete.Fly ash was added to the sprayed concrete to improve its working performance,and a machine made sand sprayed concrete mix proportion that meets the construction and specification requirements was designed.This provides reference experience for the application of machine made sand in the mix proportion design of sprayed concrete.
