摘  要:目前在电梯类型中最广泛利用的曳引式电梯,其运行原理是由钢丝绳与绳槽间产生的摩擦力一部分转变的曳引力来拉动电梯轿厢。在实际运行过程中,电梯曳引绳槽与钢丝绳之间会因为长时间接触运行会发生磨损,检测曳引轮轮槽的受损磨损程度,并及时更换电梯曳引轮,往往能有效避免电梯安全事故的发生。除了要对电梯进行日常安全管理使用外,在定期维护保养中也要重视电梯曳引轮槽的磨损问题,科学分析曳引轮轮槽磨损的原因,在电梯故障前及时处理,做好电梯曳引轮(槽)的选用与更换,为乘客做好安全保障。本文在电梯曳引轮的轮槽磨损原因分析的基础上,着重对曳引轮U、V型槽提出针对性的分析与检验方法,对实际应用会起到参考作用,其中涉及的曳引钢丝绳粗细参考GB7588-20039.3。The traction elevator,which is currently the most widely used type of elevator,operates on the principle that a portion of the frictional force generated between the steel wire rope and the rope groove transforms into a traction force to pull the elevator car.In actual operation,wear and tear may occur between the elevator traction rope groove and the steel wire rope due to long-term contact.Detecting the degree of damage and wear of the traction wheel groove and timely replacing the elevator traction wheel can often effectively avoid elevator safety accidents.In addition to daily safety management and use of elevators,attention should also be paid to the wear and tear of elevator traction wheel slots during regular maintenance.The reasons for the wear and tear of traction wheel slots should be scientifically analyzed,and timely treatment should be taken before elevator faults occur.The selection and replacement of elevator traction wheels(slots)should be done well to ensure safety for passengers.Based on the analysis of the reasons for the wear of the wheel grooves of the elevator traction wheel,this article focuses on proposing targeted analysis and inspection methods for the U-shaped and V-shaped grooves of the traction wheel,which will serve as a reference for practical applications.The thickness of the traction steel wire rope involved is referred to GB7588-20039.3.
