摘　　要：本文主要介绍了山东某水泥厂WOES智能优化节能系统的方案设计与施工应用,论述了安全、经济、行业分析诊断、综合节能降耗的能源管理系统,并对其设计原则、监测点选取、结构特点、功能特色进行了重点阐述。This article mainly introduced the ShangDong some cement WOES intelligent optimization scheme design and construction of energy saving system application,this paper discusses the safety,economy,industry analysis,diagnosis,comprehensive energy consumption of the energy management system,and its design principle,monitoring point selection,structure features,function characteristic has carried on the key.
