摘 要:本文介绍了一种基于MSP430F169单片机的电容电感测量装置。本设计基于振荡电路原理,经分频电路实现对输出高频率信号的倍数缩小,选择不同的测量通道,结合以MSP430F169单片机为控制核心的测量频率电路,计算出被测电容量和电感量,同时单片机捕获被测电容或电感的电压电流模块所输出的信号,计算出电容的损耗角正切D值和电感的品质因数Q值,并采用液晶模块显示测量参数结果。记录测量结果并分析误差,实验测试结果显示,本装置具有稳定的设计性能和较高的测量精度。This paper introduces a capacitance and inductance measurement device based on MSP430F169 single chip microcomputer.This design is based on the principle of oscillation circuit.The frequency division circuit is used to reduce the multiple of the output high frequency signal.Different measurement channels are selected.Combined with the measurement frequency circuit with MSP430F169 single chip microcomputer as the control core,the measured capacitance and inductance are calculated.At the same time,the single chip microcomputer captures the signal output by the voltage and current module of the measured capacitance or inductance,calculates the loss angle tangent D value of the capacitance and the quality factor Q value of the inductance,and uses the liquid crystal module to display the measurement parameter results.The measurement results are recorded and the errors are analyzed.The experimental results show that the device has stable design performance and high measurement accuracy.
