摘　　要：继电器外壳的内凹变形和毛边对于继电器的性能至关重要,本文重点分析各种筋条、填充平衡和继电器外壳内凹变形的关系并且阐述外壳内凹变形原因和筋条底部毛边产生的原因,提出解决方案。经实际生产验证,外壳的内凹变形得到明显改善并且解决了筋条的毛边问题。The concave deformation and rough edge of the relay shell are very important to the performance of the relay.This paper analyzes the relationship between various bars,the filling balance and the concave deformation of the relay shell,and describes the causes of the concave deformation of the shell and the causes of the rough edge at the bottom of the bars.And then the solutions are put forward.The actual production proves that the concave deformation of the shell is obviously improved and the rough edge of the bars is solved.
