摘 要:以华北蓝盆花茎段为外植体,在MS培养基中添加不同浓度的活性炭,研究活性炭对华北蓝盆花组培苗生长的影响,同时筛选炼苗移栽基质和盆栽基质。结果表明,组培苗的生长势随着活性炭浓度的增加呈先增强后减弱的趋势,生根时间与对照相比均不同程度的延长;适宜华北蓝盆花组培苗生长的培养基配方为MS+3%蔗糖+0.6%琼脂+0.5 g/L活性炭,该处理下组培苗生长势良好,生根率、生根数、根长、株高等均高于对照组;适宜的炼苗移栽基质为蛭石+珍珠岩(1∶1)混合基质,适宜的盆栽基质为营养土+蛭石(1∶1),移栽成活率均达100%。该研究结果为华北蓝盆花离体快繁和种苗生产提供理论依据。The stem segments of Scabiosa tschiliensis Grun.were used as explants,and activated carbon with different concentrations was added into MS medium to study the effects of activated carbon on tissue culture seedling growth of Scabiosa tschiliensis Grun.,meanwhile,the transplanting matrix and potted matrix were screened.The results showed that the growth potential of tissue cultured seedlings increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of activated carbon concentration,and the rooting time was prolonged in different levels compared with the control.The optimum medium for growth of Scabiosa tschiliensis Grun.was MS+3%sucrose+0.6%agar+0.5 g/L activated carbon,the growth potential of tissue culture seedlings was good under this treatment,the growth rate,number of roots,root length and plant height of tissue cultured seedlings were higher than those of control group.Vermiculite+perlite(1∶1)was the most suitable substrate for transplanting seedlings,and nutrient soil+vermiculite(1∶1)was the most suitable substrate for pot cultivation,the survival rate of transplanting was 100%.The results of this study provide theoretical basis for rapid propagation and seedling production of Scabiosa tschiliensis Grun.in vitro.
