摘  要:【目的】明确不同NaN_(3)浓度及处理时间对燕麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。【方法】筛选半致死剂量,以2个燕麦品种爱沃和青永久709子为材料,设置不同NaN_(3)浓度(0、5、10、15、20 mmol/L)和处理时间(1、2、3 h),测定种子萌发活力及幼苗生长指标。【结果】NaN_(3)浓度是影响燕麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的最主要因子。燕麦种子的相对发芽率、相对发芽势及相对发芽指数随NaN_(3)浓度的升高而显著下降,当NaN_(3)浓度为10 mmol/L、处理时间为1 h时,青永久709的相对发芽率为51.08%、相对致死率为47.92%;同一浓度下处理2 h时,爱沃的相对发芽率为51.47%、相对致死率为48.53%。NaN_(3)浓度超过10 mmol/L,两品种的相对致死率均大于60%,最高浓度(20 mmol/L)下种子完全丧失发芽能力。NaN_(3)处理还显著抑制了幼苗生长,同一条件下青永久709的出苗率、根长和苗高受到抑制的程度重于爱沃。【结论】青永久709和爱沃的半致死剂量分别为10 mmol/L处理1 h和10 mmol/L处理2 h,青永久709对NaN_(3)处理比爱沃更敏感。【Objective】Inorder to clarify the effects of different NaN_(3) concentrations and treatment time on oat seed germination and seedling growth of oat,and select half lethal dose.【Method】The seeds of two varieties(Ever⁃leaf and Qingyongjiu 709)were used as materials.Different NaN_(3) concentrations(0,5,10,15,20 mmol/L)and treat⁃ment time(1,2,3 h)were set to analyze the seed germination activity and seedling growth after treatment.【Result】The results showed that NaN_(3) concentration was the main factor affecting oat seed germination and seedling growth.The relative germination rate,relative germination potential and relative germination index of oat seeds de⁃creased significantly with the increase of NaN_(3) concentration.When the NaN_(3) treatment of 10 mmol/(L·1 h),the relative germination rate of Qingyongjiu 709 was 51.08%and the relative lethal rate was 47.92%.When treated for 2 h at the same concentration,the relative germination rate of Everleaf was 51.47%and the relative lethal rate was 48.53%.When the concentration of NaN_(3) was greater than 10 mmol/L,the relative mortality of the two varieties was greater than 60%.The seeds completely lost germination ability at the highest concentration(20 mmol/L).NaN_(3) treatment also significantly inhibited seedling growth.The emergence rate,root length and seedling height of Qingyongjiu 709 were more restricted than that of Everleaf under the same condition.【Conclusion】The half lethal treatment combinations of Qingyongjiu 709 and Everleaf were 10 mmol/L,1 h and 10 mmol/L,2 h,respectively.Qingyongjiu 709 was more sensitive to NaN_(3) treatment than Everleaf.
