摘　　要：目的:检索、评价并总结手术患者静脉血栓栓塞症术中非药物预防的相关证据,为临床提供参考。方法:按照循证资源“6S”模型自上而下依次系统检索数据库、相关网站中关于手术室静脉血栓栓塞症非药物预防的相关文献,检索时限为2017年1月1日至2023年6月1日,由研究者完成文献质量评价及证据提取,并结合专家意见汇总证据。结果:共纳入26篇文献,其中指南11篇,证据总结4篇,系统评价5篇,专家共识5篇,临床决策1篇。从多学科团队、风险评估、基础预防措施、机械预防措施、培训与考核5个方面汇总了28条证据。结论:总结出的患者术中静脉血栓栓塞症的非药物预防证据具有一定的科学性与实用性,可为手术室医护人员术中静脉血栓栓塞症非药物预防提供更好的实践指导,保障患者安全。Objective:To retrieve,evaluate and summarize the relevant evidence of intraoperative non-drug prophylaxis of intraoperative Venous Thromboembolism in surgical patients,and to provide reference for clinical practice.Methods:According to the"6S"model,the top-down search was conducted for articles on non-drug prophylaxis for intraoperative Venous Thromboembolism.The retrieve time limit was from January 1,2017 to June 1,2023,and the literature quality evaluation and evidence extraction were completed independently.Results:A total of 26 literatures were included,including 11 guidelines,4 evidence summaries,5 systematic reviews,5 expert consensus,and 1 clinical decision,and 28 pieces of best evidence were summarized in five topics:multidisciplinary team,risk assessment,basic prophylaxis,mechanical prophylaxis,training,and assessment.Conclusion:The summary of evidence is scientific and practical for the non-drug prevention of intraoperative Venous Thromboembolism in patients,and it can provide practical guidance for the intraoperative prevention for medical staff in the operating room and ensure the safety of patients.
