摘　　要：文章介绍了国外学者基于患者搬运和移动安全计划构建的床旁活动能力评估工具的开发背景和内容,并总结了其对我国住院患者早期活动的启示,以期借鉴其开发经验,结合患者安全搬运和移动理念,推动早期活动的安全文化变革,促进早期活动临床实施的同时有效预防护士职业性肌肉骨骼损伤。This paper introduced the development background and contents of the bedside mobility assessment tool based on the Safe Patient Handling and Mobility program.The implications for early mobilization of hospitalized patients in China were also proposed.It is hoped that reform of early mobility will be promoted and occupational musculoskeletal injuries among nurses will be effectively prevented during the implementation of early mobilization in clinical practice by referring to others'experience.
