摘　　要：时间银行能够极大地动员公众参与社会职务,当前时间银行在我国的发展主要集中于互助养老领域,在实践中取得了一定效果。文章旨在综述公众参与时间银行对其健康结局产生影响的相关文献,为时间银行在我国的本土化发展及在大健康政策背景下的精准定位与利用提供证据支持。Time banking is a way to engage the public with social affairs.At present,time banking functions as an initiative in fostering mutual support for the aged people in China.This paper aims to review the current literatures and analyze the evidence related to the impacts of public participation in time banking on health outcomes,therefore provide evidence and theoretical supports for the localization of time banking in China.This will also assist us to make precise positioning and utilization of the concept in the context of"Big Health"policies.
