摘 要:基于传统的船用加筋板,利用等质量方法对两类典型(SPS和C型折叠式)夹层板结构展开替代设计,并将其运用于邮轮主机所在舱段的居住舱室。利用声学软件Vaone建立邮轮机舱舱段FE-SEA混合模型,将船用主机产生的结构振动、空气噪声以及排气管噪声作为激励加载,并对舱室的噪声水平进行对比分析。结果表明,两类典型夹层板均能起到较好的降噪作用,且C型折叠式夹层板的降噪性能更好,可为后续邮轮舱室夹层板替代设计提供有力支撑。Based on traditional marine stiffened panels,two typical structures(SPS and C-type)sandwich panels were designed using an iso-mass method for the accommodation of the main engine segment of the cruise ship.The acoustic software Vaone was used to establish the FE-SEA mixed model of the cabin segment of the cruise ship.The structural vibration,air noise and exhaust pipe noise generated by the ship's main engine were used as excitation loads,and the noise level of the cabin was compared and analyzed.The results show that the two types of typical sandwich panels can both play a good role in noise reduction,and the C-type folding sandwich panel has a better performance in noise reduction,which can provide a strong support for the subsequent replacement design of sandwich panels for cruise cabins.
