摘　　要：人际关系是指在人们日常相处时,彼此之间通过思想、感情、行为等因素所产生的吸引/排斥、合作/竞争、领导/服从等互动关系,具体表现为人们内心对他人疏远或亲近、个人对外界的内心倾向等。良好的人际关系是当代大学生在校期间生存和发展的必要条件,也是当代大学生获得归属感、信任感和尊重感等情感需求的条件之一。文章主要探讨了当代大学生建立良好人际关系所需的基本心理学因素,并简要叙述了建立良好人际关系的基本方法。Interpersonal relationship refers to the interactive relationship of attraction,rejection,cooperation,competition,leadership,and obedience that people show through their thoughts,feelings,and behaviors in the pro⁃cess of communication when people get along with each other in daily life.It is specifically manifested as people’s inner alienation or closeness to others,and personal inner tendency to the outside world.Harmonious interper⁃sonal relationship is a necessary condition for college students to survive and develop in college life,and it is also one of the conditions for college students to obtain a sense of belonging,trust,respect and other emotional needs.This paper mainly discusses the basic psychological factors needed by contemporary college students to establish good interpersonal relationship,and briefly describes the basic methods of establishing good interpersonal relationship.
