药学课题组“七合一”研究生培养模式新探究

摘　　要：研究生培养是我国高等教育工作的重要任务。研究生培养肩负着为国家输出具有专业知识水平的高层次人才的使命,是目前各大高校的重要研究课题。然而,受传统方式影响,药学专业导师大多仍沿用单一的培养模式,导致培养的研究生出现能力弱、基础差等问题。针对以上现象,结合本课题组软硬件设施的实际情况,提出“七合一”研究生培养模式。通过轮组培训、帮带传、科研学术会议等七种制度的巧妙融合,细化研究生培养方式,使研究生在学术思维、科研能力、社交技巧等方面得到全方位提升,最终培养出高素质的优秀人才。Postgraduate training in universities is an important task of higher education in our country.Due to the mission of exporting high-level talents with professional knowledge,postgraduate training has become a research topic that is devoted to by universities.However,owing to the influence of traditional ways,most pharmaceutical tutors still follow a single training model,leading to the problems of weak ability and poor foundation of postgradu⁃ates.Therefore,according to the above phenomena and the actual situation of hardware and software in the re⁃search group,a“seven in one”postgraduate training model has been proposed.In this model,based on the institu⁃tional integration of group training,passing on experience,and academic meetings for scientific research,the post⁃graduate training model can be refined,leading to the promotion of overall level in thinking,ability,socializing of students.By this way,excellent talents with high quality can be cultivated finally.
