摘　　要：课程思政实践是高校教育实践与时俱进的自我革新,思政教育与“毒理学基础”课程的有机结合,将实现知识传授、能力培养和价值塑造的多元统一,落实立德树人根本任务。该文总结以往“毒理学基础”课程教学中出现的问题,结合药学专业背景,以“毒理学基础”的课程特点为切入点,充分挖掘思政教育元素,通过增加案例分析、实践活动和讨论环节等教学方法进行课程思政的探索和实践,以期提高该课程的教学质量。The practice of integrating ideological and political education into the specialized courses is a selfreform of higher education that keeps pace with the times.Combining ideological and political education with the course Fundamentals of Toxicology aims to achieve the unity of knowledge dissemination,skill development,and value shaping,thus implementing the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education.This article summa⁃rizes the problems encountered in previous teaching of the course Fundamentals of Toxicology.Taking into ac⁃count the background of pharmaceutical majors,it explores and practices ideological and political education by fo⁃cusing on the characteristics of the course.This exploration and practice involve fully exploring the elements of ideological and political education and adopting teaching methods such as case analysis,practical activities,and discussions,with the aim of improving the teaching quality of this course.
