摘 要:蒸发冷却盘管在闭式冷却系统中广泛应用,基于Poppe法构建了新型闭式冷却塔蒸发冷却盘管模块的传热传质模型,给出了冷却盘管管内无相变、管内冷凝传热系数、管外膜传热系数、管外喷淋水膜到空气的传质系数以及管内流体和管外空气压降的计算方法和经验公式。采用MATLAB和Aspen HYSYS软件编写了多种工况下的蒸发冷却盘管设计和校核计算程序,将水气逆流模块程序计算结果与Hasan实验台试验结果进行比较,管内冷却水、管外喷淋水膜沿管程的温度分布高度吻合,误差均低于5%。在此基础上分析了管内冷却介质质量流量、喷淋水质量流量、风量和空气湿球温度对蒸发冷却盘管热力性能的影响,得到各运行参数对蒸发冷却盘管总传热系数、冷却效率、运行压降及热负荷的影响规律,可为闭式冷却塔运行优化提供理论依据。Evaporative cooling coil is widely used in closed cooling systems.The heat and mass transfer model of the evaporative cooling coil module of the new closed cooling tower was constructed based on the Poppe method.The calculation methods and empirical formulas of no phase transition and condensation heat transfer coefficient in cooling coil tube,heat transfer film coefficient outside the tube,mass transfer coefficient from spray water film to air outside the tube,and pressure drop of fluid and air outside tube were given.The evaporative cooling coil design and check calculation programs under various working conditions were compiled by using MATLAB and Aspen HYSYS software.The calculation results of the water vapor countercurrent module were compared with the test results of the Hasan test bench.The temperature distribution of cooling water inside the tube and spray water film outside the tube is highly consistent,and the error is less than 5%.On this basis,the effects of cooling medium flow rate,spray water flow rate,air volume,and air wet bulb temperature on the thermal performance of the evaporative cooling coil were analyzed.The effects of various operating parameters on the total heat transfer coefficient,cooling efficiency,operating pressure drop,and heat load of the coil were obtained,which provides a theoretical basis for the operation optimization of the closed cooling tower.
