摘  要:随着设备的大型化和特殊化,在设计中常会遇到一些大直径高压设备法兰超出现有标准使用范围的情况。以某海上平台项目中的过滤分离器为例,分析了八角垫在高压设备中的使用优点,计算确定了垫片中心圆直径和螺栓配置方法。通过分析法兰环厚度和锥颈大端厚度对法兰3项应力的影响规律,推荐了法兰结构尺寸调整方法。采用增大法兰锥颈大端厚度、适当减小法兰环厚度方法优化后的法兰结构更加合理,密封性能可靠,并可节省材料。With the increase in size and complexity of the equipment,it is now common that certain large diameter and high pressure equipment flanges need to be used in conditions beyond the allowable scope of industrial standards.The filtration separator on an offshore platform was used as an example to illustrate the advantage of the octagonal gasket in high pressure equipment.The center circle diameter of the gasket and bolt configuration was determined through calculation.Based on an analysis of flange thickness and neck thickness's impact on three stress categories of the flange,a method of adjusting the flange structure and size was developed.By increasing the thickness of the flange cone neck and reducing the thickness of the flange ring,the optimized flange structure is more reasonable,the sealing performance is reliable,and the material costs can be saved.
