摘  要:为了实现对风电的更好消纳,同时降低现有垃圾焚烧电厂的碳排放水平,将富氧燃烧技术应用到垃圾焚烧中。首先,设计一种利用风电制氧的富氧焚烧垃圾发电系统,并对其运行机理进行阐述;其次,通过系统内风电机组、电解槽、空分装置、储氢罐、储氧罐、富氧焚烧垃圾发电厂、碳捕集装置、电储能的协同运行,以周期内系统运行净利润最大作为目标,各子系统运行参数为约束条件,建立了考虑风电消纳的富氧焚烧垃圾发电系统优化运行模型;最后,设置4种不同的系统运行方案进行对比,在Matlab环境下,利用CPLEX求解器和Yalmip工具箱进行仿真求解。结果验证了所提优化运行模型的合理性及有效性,不仅可以减少弃风,提升新能源利用效率与系统的运行经济性,还实现了富氧焚烧垃圾发电厂的低碳排放。In order to achieve better absorption of wind power,and reduce the carbon emission level of existing waste incineration power plants.Oxygen-rich combustion technology is applied to waste incineration.An oxygen-rich waste incineration power generation system using wind power to produce oxygen is constructed,and its operating mechanism is described.By means of the coordinated operation of wind turbine,electrolytic cell,air separation device,hydrogen storage tank,oxygen storage tank,oxygen-rich waste incineration power plant,carbon capture device and electric energy storage in the system,an optimal operation model of an oxygen-rich waste incineration power generation system considering wind power consumption is established by taking the maximum net profit of the system operation within the cycle as the target,and the operation parameters of each subsystem as the constraint condition.Four different system operation schemes are set for comparison.In Matlab environment,CPLEX solver and Yalmip toolbox are used for the simulation solution.The results can verify the rationality and effectiveness of the optimized operation model,which can not only reduce wind abandonment,improve the efficiency of new energy utilization and system operation economy,but also realize zero carbon emission of the oxygen-rich waste incineration power plant.
