摘  要:开发了一套适用于多通道相控阵接收组件测试的自动测试系统。该系统能够快速完成多通道相控阵接收组件的指标测试,并可对测试数据进行实时处理和存储,大大提高了测试效率,同时为多通道相控阵接收组件的筛选提供了重要参考。实际应用表明,该测试系统能够快速完成多通道相控阵接收组件的测试,对于提高测试效率、减少后期组件维修时间发挥了重要作用。An automatic test system for multi-channel phased array receiving components is developed. The system can quickly complete the index test of the multi-channel phased array receiving components, and can process and store the test data in real time, which greatly improves the test efficiency and provides an important reference for the screening of the multi-channel phased array receiving components. The practical application shows that the test system can quickly fulfill the testing requirements of multi-channel phased array receiving components and plays an important role in improving the test efficiency and reducing the later component maintenance time.
