旅游体验视角下的记忆研究进展及启示

摘　　要：记忆是当代人文社会科学的重要研究对象,也与我们日常生活及社会发展紧密相关。近些年,记忆研究在旅游学中逐步得到关注,并成为旅游体验中的热点话题。文章梳理了旅游体验中记忆研究的基本概况和相关议题,从难忘的旅游体验、记忆的影响因素、记忆的作用、记忆的建构机理与模型等方面进行分析,以展现旅游体验视角下记忆研究的发展脉络和丰富意义。英文文献研究以心理学领域为主,以记忆中的情感话题为核心,形成了“难忘的旅游体验”这一特定概念,研究注重理论的实践指导价值。中文文献研究偏重于社会学领域,以社会文化领域的记忆研究理论为基础,以记忆的主客构建和外部环境因素为核心。文章通过中英文文献比较,归纳研究思路、方法和理论,总结差异形成共识,旨在反映旅游体验中记忆研究的基本态势,并为后续研究提供经验借鉴和思路启示。Memory is not only an essential research object in the humanities and social sciences today but also strongly tied to our daily lives and societal evolution.Memory studies have steadily gained interest in tourism studies in recent years and have become a popular topic in tourism experience.This paper summarized the basic overview and related issues of memory research in tourism experience,and analyzed the memorable tourism experience,memory influencing factors,memory role,memory construction mechanism,and memory model,to demonstrate the development context and rich significance of memory research from the perspective of tourism experience.The studies on English literature is mostly in the realm of psychology,with emotional subjects in memory as the center,and have established a specific idea of“memorable tourism experience,”with research focusing on the theoretical guiding value,while that on Chinese literature are mainly based on the main-object construction of memory and external environmental elements,which is founded on memory theory research in the field of social culture.It summarized the research ideas,methods,and theories through a comparison of Chinese and English research literature,as well as the differences to form a consensus,which aims to reflect the basic trend of memory research in tourism experience,and provide experience reference and inspiration for follow-up research.
