摘　　要：为辨析不同类型的文旅产业交互响应机理,提升产业融合的政策效率,文章基于2010—2019年中国31个省(区、市)面板数据,构建旅游产业与文化产业发展的综合评价体系,运用PVAR模型探讨旅游产业与文化产业发展交互关系的区域差异,并引入控制变量解析差异化的外部环境因素对旅游产业与文化产业交互效应的影响。结果表明,旅游产业与文化产业发展呈现明显的交互关系,但不同区域交互响应结果有所差异,并在不同程度上受到外界因素的影响。(1)东部地区文旅产业呈现较为良好的短期互动,但产业内驱相对饱和,缺乏长效机制促进文旅融合,亟待突破产业壁垒,创新产业融合路径;(2)中部地区文旅产业交互失衡,更多表现为文化产业带动旅游产业发展,但文化产业自身驱动力较弱,受外部经济发展水平和交通条件影响较大,需增强旅游产业价值让渡,促进文旅产业资源整合与价值互换;(3)西部地区文旅产业互动失调,其产业发展主要得益于国家政策倾斜及财政投资,有待深入挖掘文旅产业发展空间,实现产业独立到融合质的飞跃。因此,我国应针对东部、中部、西部地区文旅产业交互响应模式的差异,适应性地推进文旅产业融合发展,提升产业融合策略的适用性与落地性。In order to have a better understanding of how various cultural and tourism industries interact and improve the effectiveness of industrial integration policies,this study constructed a comprehensive evaluation system for the development of tourism industry and cultural industry based on panel data of 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)in China from 2010 to 2019,explored regional differences in the interaction relationship between tourism industry and cultural industry development using PVAR model,and introduced control variables to analyze the influence of differentiated external environmental factors on the interaction effect of industries.The results show that there is an obvious interactive relationship between tourism and the development of cultural industry,but the interactive response results of different regions are different and affected by external factors in different degrees:(1)the eastern region presents a good short-term interaction,but the internal drive of industry is relatively saturated,and there is no longterm mechanism to promote the integration of culture and tourism,so it is urgent to break through industrial barriers and innovate the path of industrial integration;(2)the imbalance of industrial interaction in the central region is more manifested in the cultural industry driving the development,but the driving force of the industry itself is weak,which is greatly influenced by the external economic level and traffic conditions,therefore,it is necessary to enhance the transfer of the value of the tourism industry and promote the integration and value exchange of cultural tourism industry resources;(3)the cultural tourism industry in the western region is out of balance,and its industrial development is mainly due to the national policy inclination and financial investment,accordingly it is essential to dig deep into the industrial development space and realize the leap from industrial independence to integration.Hence,China should promote the integration and development of cu
