摘　　要：文章以世界遗产名录、国家级风景名胜区名录及国家5A级景区名录为基础,综合衡量地区旅游资源保护程度,匹配2000—2019年的地市级面板数据,实证分析旅游资源保护的就业增长效应及其背后的机制。研究发现,旅游资源保护不仅能够有效带动住宿与餐饮业、文化、体育与娱乐业等第三产业的就业增长,而且对建筑业等第二产业的就业增长也有明显的正向影响。利用空间滞后模型进行的拓展分析表明以上结论相对稳健,并进一步证实就业增长存在显著的空间溢出效应。对旅游资源保护的调节效应分析发现,制度环境的优化和基础设施水平的提升在其中起到了正向支撑作用。文章对各地因地制宜利用名录效应进行旅游资源保护,拉动各产业就业增长,优化旅游发展政策具有积极的指导意义。Based on the World Natural and Cultural Heritage List,the National Scenic Area List and the national 5A scenic area List,this paper comprehensively measured the protection degree of regional tourism resources and matched the panel data of prefecture-level cities from 2000 to 2019 to empirically analyze the employment growth effect of tourism resources protection and the mechanism behind it.It is found that the protection of tourism resources can not only effectively promote the employment growth of the tertiary industries such as accommodation,catering,cultural,sports and entertainment,but also has a significant positive impact on the employment growth of the secondary industries such as construction.The expansion analysis using the spatial lag model verified the robustness of the above conclusions and further confirmed the significant spatial spillover effect of employment growth,and the adjustment mechanism analysis found that the optimization of institutional environment and the improvement of infrastructure level played a positive supporting role.The authors believe that this study will show its positive guiding significance in stimulating the employment growth of various industries,and in optimizing tourism development policies as well.
