摘　　要：受“一带一路”影响,海外仓作为跨境电商服务的高效媒介,对大型工程机械制造企业尤为重要。在此基础上,文章研究工程机械跨境电商海外仓选址问题,以徐工机械为例,建立轴辐式网络选址模型,以仓库处理成本、运输成本、仓储建设的固定成本以及时间惩罚成本的总和为目标函数,构造遗传算法编码,并借助MATLAB软件求解,最终确定两种可执行的选址方案。研究结果表明:对跨境电商海外仓库进行轴辐式网络设计(设置多个枢纽节点)能有效降低总成本,实现规模效益。通过实例证明,该方法为工程机械跨境电商海外仓的选址研究提供理论依据和决策支持。Influenced by the“One Belt,One Road”initiative,the importance of overseas warehouses has significantly risen for large construction machinery manufacturing enterprises.They serve as an efficient medium to facilitate cross-border e-commerce services.Building on this premise,this paper delves into the critical issue of selecting the optimal location for cross-border e-commerce overseas warehouses specifically tailored for construction machinery.To illustrate this,we will use XCMG Machinery as a prominent example.We'll create a hub-and-spoke network location model,where we'll consider several factors as part of our objective function.This function will incorporate the sum of warehouse handling costs,transportation expenses,fixed construction costs for the warehouse,and any time-related penalties.Our approach entails constructing a genetic algorithm code to solve this complex problem.With the assistance of MATLAB software,we'll harness the computational power required for these intricate calculations.Ultimately,we aim to identify two viable site selection proposals that can be effectively executed.The results of our research conclusively demonstrate that employing a spoke-and-spoke network design,which involves setting up multiple hub nodes,for cross-border e-commerce overseas warehouses can significantly reduce the total costs and lead to economies of scale.To validate our findings,we've presented practical examples as evidence.This method not only adds to the existing body of knowledge but also offers valuable decision support for the strategic site selection of cross-border e-commerce overseas warehouses dedicated to the field of construction machinery.
