摘　　要：我国现代服务业中,征信在维护社会和经济稳定层面的作用越来越大,传统的征信监管存在监管不及时、不到位的问题,研究提出全流程多方协同的浸润式新监管模型,作为新一代区块链征信系统的核心组成部分,设计基于业务流和信息流双链分离的监管架构、模型与智能合约监管流程,最后以供应链金融的商标抵押流程为例说明浸润式监管的穿透性、动态实时和全流程覆盖等特点,可有力推动现代服务业的健康稳定发展。In China's modern service industry,credit scoring plays an increasingly important role in maintaining social and economic stability.However,traditional credit scoring supervision suffers from issues such as untimely and insufficient regulation.This study proposes a novel immersive supervision model based on full-process multi-party collaboration.It serves as a core component of the next-generation blockchain-based credit scoring system.The model includes a regulatory architecture,model,and smart contract monitoring process that separates business flow and information flow.Through a detailed examination of the trademark mortgage process in supply chain finance,the study demonstrates the effectiveness of the immersive supervision approach.This approach exhibits unique features such as extensive penetration,dynamic real-time monitoring,and complete process coverage.
