摘  要:针对生物医药领域微生物发酵生产专门人才培养的需求,医学院校生物技术专业微生物工程课程需要有针对性地对其教学内容和教学方式方法等进行改革,为该领域专门人才的培养提供保障。通过教学内容和课程体系及教学理念和教学目标的改革等建立以生物医药产品为核心的微生物工程课程内容和资源体系,通过爱课教学支持平台、微信公众号、雨课堂和网络试题库等网络教学资源库的建立,将信息化、智能化融入教学,发挥导学、督学、促学及助学的作用,将线上与线下教学有机融合,发挥“1+1>2”的混合式教学效果。该课程的建设成果可为医疗卫生单位、生物技术公司及药企等对微生物工程领域的人才培养赋能,改革实践经验也可为提升生物医药领域专业人才培养质量提供借鉴。To culture specialized talents with microbial fermentation production in the field of biomedicine,the course of Microbial Engineering for biotechnology majors in medical universities needs to carry out targeted reforms in its teaching content and teaching methods for teaching goal.A curriculum content and resource system of Microbial Engineering with biomedical products as the core is established through the reform of teaching content and curriculum system,teaching philosophy and teaching objectives,etc.Through the establishment of network teaching resources such as Ailesson teaching support platform,WeChat public account,and classroom and network question bank,informatization and intelligence are integrated into teaching,and the role of guiding,supervising and promoting learning as well as student aid is played.Online and offline teaching are organically integrated to give full play to the mixed teaching effect of"1+1>2".The construction achievements of this course can be used to empower talents training in the field of microbial engineering in medical and health institutions,biotechnology companies and pharmaceutical enterprises,and the reform and practical experience can also provide reference for improving the quality of professional talents training in the field of biomedicine.
