摘 要:塑料成型工艺与模具设计课程面向模具数字工匠精神培育,将组成其精神内涵的爱国爱岗精神、工匠精神、数字创新精神和绿色发展理念的“三精神一理念”作为课程思政培养目标。挖掘并梳理课程知识技能体系中行业发展历史和现状、高新技术、项目实践及先进模范事迹等思政元素。项目引领,任务驱动,实施线上线下混合、课前课中课后全过程培养的“琢磨精技”六环节教学,深度融入思政元素。教学效果评价表明,课程思政实施后,各项指标分值明显增加,提升幅度在29.4%~45.6%之间,实现模具数字工匠精神的素质培养目标。The course Plastic Molding Process and Mold Design is oriented to the cultivation of mold digital craftsman spirit,and the"three spirits and one idea",which consists of the spirit of patriotism,craftsman spirit,digital innovation spirit and green development concept,is taken as the ideological and political training goal of the course.The paper excavates and sorts out the ideological and political elements such as the history and current situation of industry development,high and new technology,project practice and advanced exemplary deeds in the curriculum knowledge and skills system.The ideological and political elements are deeply integrated into teaching through six-link steps including project-led,task-driven,the implementation of online and offline mixed,pre-class,in-class and after-class training of the whole process of"refined skills".The evaluation of teaching effect shows that after the implementation of ideological and political education,the scores of various indicators have increased significantly,with an increase of 29.4%~45.6%,and the qualitytraining goal of mold digital craftsman spirit has been realized.
