摘 要:特应性皮炎(AD)的发病机制尚未完全阐明,目前公认与遗传背景、环境因素、皮肤屏障功能的破坏、以2型炎症为主的免疫紊乱相关。随着对肠道菌群的深入研究,微生态疗法或可弥补外用糖皮质激素等治疗的不足。本文着眼于微生态变化与AD发病发展机制,阐述肠道菌群和皮肤菌群及其代谢产物在AD中的重要作用,为AD的治疗提供新的启示。The pathogenesis of AD has not been fully elucidated,and it is currently recognized that it is related to genetic and environmental factors,skin barrier dysfunction and immune dysregulation dominated by type 2 inflammation.In recent years,with the in-depth study of intestinal microbiota,microbe therapy may make up for the shortage of topical glucocorticoids and other treatments.This article focuses on the relationship of the changes in microecology with the pathogenesis of AD,elaborates the important role of intestinal microbiota,cutaneous microbiota and their metabolites in AD,and reviews the research progress in microbe therapy,so as to provide new enlightenment for the treatment of AD.
