摘 要:我国的汽车保有量和驾驶人数量庞大,轻微交通事故频繁发生,事故处理不及时极易导致交通拥堵等问题的发生。特别是在早晚高峰、恶劣天气和管辖地域面积过大的情况下,警力资源有限,出警到场时间过长,容易引发二次事故。对群众而言,交通事故属于偶发性事件,常出现到处询问、来回奔波等问题。本文旨在利用视频通话技术,改进轻微事故处理机制,建立高效地远程处理方式,实现接处警的新模式,拓宽轻微交通事故的处理渠道,快速实现事故现场证据固定,引导车辆撤离现场,及时缓解交通拥堵。China has a huge number of vehicles and drivers,leading to frequent occurrence of minor traffic accidents.Delayed accident handling can easily result in traffic congestion and other issues.Especially during peak hours,adverse weather conditions,and in areas with large jurisdiction,limited police resources and long response time can easily trigger secondary accidents.For the public,traffic accidents are sporadic events that often involve inquiries and back-and-forth traveling.This article aims to utilize video call technology to improve the mechanism for handling minor traffic accidents,establish an eficient remote handling approach,and introduce a new mode of receiving and processing reports.It aims to expand the channels for handling minor trafic accidents,quickly secure on-site evidence,guide the withdrawal of vehicles from the scene,and promptly alleviate trafc congestion.
