摘　　要：优良品种是现代种业竞争的核心。我国中药材种类繁多,与农作物品种选育工作相比,中药材品种选育起步较晚,多数品种尚处于驯化抚育阶段;中药材种业发展配套政策法规不健全,迫切需要制定中药材品种管理政策以保障中药材种业良性发展。概述了农作物、林草、中药材品种相关制度与植物新品种保护概况,提出加快制定中药材品种认定制度的建议,以期为中药材种业发展提供参考。Elite varieties are the core of modern seed industry.There are abundant varieties of Chinese medicinal materials,while the variety breeding starts rather late and the supporting policies and regulations are not sound.The management policies for varieties of Chinese medicinal materials are urgently needed to ensure the development of the seed industry.We summarize the general situation of the variety system and variety protection situations of crops,trees,grasses,and Chinese medicinal materials and then propose a suggestion for speeding up the establishment of the registration system for varieties of Chinese medicinal materials varieties,which is expected to support the development of the seed industry of Chinese medicinal materials.
