摘  要:热线风速仪是空气动力学领域常用的流体测速设备,但是其受限于高昂的成本没有在国内得到广泛使用。为此,文章基于对流换热理论,设计了一种低成本的恒温式热线风速仪,其动态响应频率高达15 kHz且平均测量误差低于0.03%。通过对平板湍流度及边界层速度型的测量试验,验证了该设计是可行的。Hot-wire anemometer is a commonly used to measure fluid velocity in the field of aerodynamics,but it is not widely used in China due to its high cost.Based on the theory of convective heat transfer,a low-cost constant temperature hotwire anemometer is designed in this paper.Its dynamic response frequency is as high as 15 kHz and the average measurement error is less than 0.03%.The feasibility of this design was verified by measuring the turbulence intensity and boundary layer velocity of the plate.
