摘 要:基于模型的控制策略与硬件在环测试是汽车控制器开发与验证过程中的重要环节。本文针对燃料电池混合动力物流车能量管理策略的开发与验证问题,在Matlab/Simulink中建立基于规则的控制策略,借助STM32-MAT工具箱与STM32CubeMX快速完成STM32控制器硬件配置,通过Simulink Coder自动生成嵌入式C代码,并联合dSPACE实时仿真系统进行硬件在环测试。结果表明,硬件在环测试结果与离线仿真结果一致性高,所提方法可快速完成整车能量管理策略开发与验证,提高了整车控制器的开发与验证工作效率。Model-based control strategy development and hardware-in-the-loop test are important links in the process of vehicle controller development and verification.In this paper,aimed at the problem of energy management strategy development and verification of fuel cell hybrid logistics vehicles,a rule-based control strategy is established in Matlab/Simulink.Stm32-mat toolbox and STM32CubeMX were used to quickly complete the hardware configuration of STM32 controller.The embedded C code was automatically generated by Simulink Coder,and the hardware-in-the-loop test was carried out jointly with dSPACE real-time simulation system.The test results show that the hardware-in-the-loop test results have high consistency with the off-line simulation results.The proposed method can quickly complete the energy man-agement strategy development and verification of the vehicle,and improve the efficiency of the develop-ment and verification of the vehicle controller.
