丛慧芳基于“肝为心肾相交之媒”应用调肝法治疗心因性不孕症思路总结

摘　　要：不孕症为妇科常见病,心理因素是影响自然妊娠的关键要素。丛慧芳教授提出心因性不孕的关键病机为心肾失交、胞宫失养,强调胞宫受心、肾之养而俱胎孕之能,情志之患伤心、累肾,构成不孕之机。临证重视肝与心、肾的关系,设“肝为心肾相交之媒”,立“疏肝养血,滋肾清心”“温肾通脉,疏肝升阳”“温肾化浊,调肝和枢”之法,应用调肝法于不同证型之中,以开郁种玉汤、四逆散、小柴胡汤等经典方剂随证合方加减,疗效显著。Infertility is a common gynecological condition.Psychological factors are key factors affecting natural pregnancy.Professor Cong Huifang proposes that the key pathogenesis of psychogenic infertility is disharmony between heart and kidney,and malnutrition of uterus.And Professor Cong emphasizes that the uterus is nourished by heart and kidney which provides the ability to conceive,and the emotional illness can cause sadness and kidney fatigue,which constitutes the mechanism of infertility.In clinical practice,Professor Cong attaches great importance to the relationship between liver,heart and kidney;Professor Cong has established the concept of"liver as medium of intercourse between heart and kidney",and has also established the methods of"dispersing stagnated liver qi and nourishing blood,replenishing kidney and clearing away heart-fire","warming the kidney and Tongmai,dispersing stagnated liver qi and raising Yang",and"warming the kidney and resolving turbidity,harmonizing liver and pivot".Professor Cong also applies liver-regulating therapy to different syndrome types and adopts the combination of classic formulas such as Kaiyu Zhongyu decoction,Sini powder and Xiaochaihu decoction to add or subtract medication to patients based on the symptoms,which has the significant therapeutic effects.
