益肾活血汤联合耳豆治疗早发性卵巢功能不全的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨益肾活血汤联合耳穴压豆对早发性卵巢功能不全的临床疗效。方法选取2020年10月—2022年10月早发性卵巢功能不全患者60例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组30例,观察组应用益肾活血汤联合耳穴压豆治疗,对照组应用雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片(1/10 mg)治疗。连续治疗3个月经周期后,观察2组患者中医证候评分、雌二醇(E2)、血清卵泡生成素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)水平。结果观察组月经异常、腰膝酸软、头晕耳鸣、口干不欲饮评分低于治疗前(P<0.05),血清FSH、LH水平低于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组低于对照组,2组E2水平均高于治疗前(P<0.05),但观察组升高水平低于对照组,治疗的总有效率(93.3%)高于对照组(80%)(P<0.05)。结论益肾活血汤联合耳穴压豆能明显改善卵巢功能,疗效优于单独使用雌二醇片/雌二醇地屈孕酮片。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Yishen Huoxue decoction combined with ear acupoint bean pressing in the treatment of premature ovarian insufficiency.Methods 60 patients with premature ovarian insufficiency from October 2020 to October 2022 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Yishen Huoxue decoction combined with ear acupoint bean pressing,and the control group was treated with Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol and Dydrogesterone Tablets(1/10 mg).After three consecutive menstrual cycles of treatment,the traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,and the levels of estradiol(E2),serum follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and luteinizing hormone(LH)were observed.Results The abnormal menstruation,soreness and weakness of waist and knees,dizziness and tinnitus,and dry mouth and no desire to drink scores in the observation group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Serum FSH and LH levels in the observation group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the observation group was lower than the control group.Serum E2 levels of the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),but the elevated level of the observation group was lower than that of the control group.The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(93.3%)was higher than that of the control group(80%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Yishen Huoxue decoction combined with ear acupoint bean pressing can significantly improve ovarian function,and its therapeutic efficacy is superior to the use of Estradiol Tablets/Estradiol and Dydrogesterone Tablets alone.
