摘　　要：重症肺炎(SP)是近年来全球范围内出现的一种严重的呼吸系统疾病,其发病机制复杂,治疗难度大。SP的发病机制主要涉及病原体侵入、宿主免疫反应和氧化应激反应等方面。目前,治疗SP的方法主要包括机械通气、抗生素、糖皮质激素、免疫抑制剂等药物治疗以及中医中药的针灸、汤剂等治疗。但临床上缺乏SP发病机制及中西医治疗的综合论述。鉴于此,现将对SP的发病机制及中西医治疗研究进展做一综述,期望为明晰SP的中西医致病机制提供有力参考依据,同时方便临床制定合适的中西医治疗方案,为中西医治疗提供具体的参考依据。Severe pneumonia(SP)is a serious respiratory disease occurring worldwide in recent years.The pathogenesis of SP is complex,and the treatment of SP is difficult.The pathogenesis of SP mainly involves aspects of pathogen invasion,host immune response and oxidative stress response.At present,the treatment methods of SP mainly include mechanical ventilation,antibiotics,glucocorticoids,immunosuppressive agents and other drug therapy,as well as acupuncture and moxibustion,decoction and other treatments of traditional Chinese medicine.However,there is a lack of comprehensive discussion on the pathogenesis of SP and the treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in clinical practice.In view of this,this paper reviews the pathogenesis of SP and the research progress in traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment,hoping to provide strong reference for clarifying the pathogenic mechanism of SP in traditional Chinese and Western medicine,and facilitate the development of appropriate treatment plans of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in clinical practice,so as to provide specific reference basis for the treatment of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
