中医特色疗法治疗冠心病心绞痛的研究进展

摘　　要：中医对于冠心病心绞痛的治疗方法有多种,包括中药疗法、针灸疗法等,且治疗效果显著,均能有效改善心绞痛及其他症状,提高患者的生活质量。通过整理近十年内中医和中西医结合治疗心绞痛的文献,从中医内治法、中医外治法及中医联合疗法的角度切入,系统收集并总结了冠心病心绞痛的各类治疗方法,并从中发现现代中医对于冠心病心绞痛的治疗已取得显著疗效,但中医部分特色疗法对于冠心病心绞痛的治疗效果还有待发掘,旨在为中医及中西医结合治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床研究提供新思路。There are many methods of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,including traditional Chinese medicine therapy and acupuncture therapy,etc.,and the treatment effect is significant,which can effectively improve angina pectoris and other symptoms and improve the quality of life of patients.This paper sorts out the literature on the treatment of angina pectoris by traditional Chinese medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the past ten years.From the perspectives of internal treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,this paper systematically collects and summarizes various treatment methods of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.And it is found that modern traditional Chinese medicine has achieved significant therapeutic effects on the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.However,the efficacy of some characteristic therapies of traditional Chinese medicine on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease remains to be explored,aiming to provide new ideas for the clinical research of traditional Chinese medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease.
