摘　　要：糖尿病足的治疗主要是采取综合性治疗,包括内科保守与外科手术相结合治疗。糖尿病足创面持续不愈合是导致患者截肢甚至死亡的重要原因,敷料应用是治疗的关键部分,与传统敷料相比,新型敷料能缩短治疗时间、有效促进伤口愈合,改善患者生活质量。治疗糖尿病足时应根据患者的创面情况,选择适宜类型的敷料。为有效促进创面愈合,临床医生应该充分了解不同敷料的特性、作用机制及适合的创面类型,对糖尿病足新型敷料的种类及选择使用要点进行研究,为临床医生充分了解不同敷料的特性及选择合适的糖尿病足创面类型的敷料提供依据。The treatment of diabetic foot is mainly comprehensive treatment,including the combination of medical conservative and surgical treatment.Persistent non-healing of diabetic foot wounds is an important cause of amputation and even death of patients.Application of dressings is an important part of treatment for diabetic foot.Compared with traditional dressings,new dressings can shorten treatment time,effectively promote wound healing and improve patients'quality of life.The appropriate type of dressing should be selected according to the wound condition of patients in the treatment of diabetic foot.In order to effectively promote wound healing,it is necessary to fully understand the characteristics,mechanisms of action and suitable types of different dressings,study the types of new dressings for diabetic foot and the key points of selection and use,which can provide the basis for clinicians to fully understand the characteristics of different dressings and select the appropriate dressings for diabetic foot wounds.
