摘 要:切伦科夫发光(Cerenkov Luminescence,CL)是一种光谱谱峰位于蓝紫光附近的发光现象,自发现以来已在医学诊断和治疗中得到广泛研究。在肿瘤放射治疗中,基于CL的医学成像技术具有远程、无创和高效等特点,并有望成为临床放疗中可靠的剂量评估工具。本文以阐述CL现象的机制为基础,进一步对肿瘤放疗中相关应用技术进行综述,以期为肿瘤放疗的监测、评估和质量保证提供更多参考。Cerenkov luminescence(CL)is a luminescence phenomenon with spectral peaks located near blue-violet light,which has been extensively studied in medical diagnosis and treatment since its discovery.Medical imaging technology based on Cerenkov luminescence has the characteristics of remote,non-invasive and efficient,and is expected to become a reliable dose assessment tool in clinical radiotherapy.On the basis of expounding the mechanism of CL phenomenon,this paper further reviews the related technology in tumor radiotherapy,in order to provide more reference for the monitoring,evaluation and quality assurance of tumor radiotherapy.
