摘　　要：患者发生跌倒或坠床事件会给自身和社会带来沉重负担。近年来,“物联网+医疗”深度融合,迅速发展。物联网技术被应用于监测和预警患者跌倒事件。本文从患者跌倒物联网监测预警系统的技术设备、分类及应用等方面进行综述,旨在总结出物联网技术应用于监测和预警患者跌倒坠床事件的相关经验和不足,为后续研究提供参考。The occurrence of patients falling or falling out of bed will bring heavy burden to the patients themselves and the society.In recent years,the deep integration of“Internet of Things+medical”has developed rapidly.Internet of things technology is used to monitor and warn patients’fall events.This paper reviews the technical equipment,classification and application of the Internet of Things monitoring and early warning system for patients’falls.The purpose of this paper is to summarize the relevant experience and shortcomings of the application of Internet of Things technology in monitoring and early warning of patients’falls and falling bed events,and to provide reference for follow-up research.
