摘 要:介绍了某矿山企业为符合“无尾矿山”“绿色矿山”的环保政策,根据尾矿库库容有限、尾矿处理能力无法满足生产发展需求的生产现状,对原有的矿山尾矿输送工程进行的改扩建设计实践。该矿根据尾矿的不同去处设计了尾矿输送的不同工况,并通过对尾矿输送参数的计算与分析,结合现有可利旧设备情况,进行了设备选型。改造后的尾矿输送系统能与企业生产能力相匹配,同时又实现了尾矿综合利用的目标,有效节省了尾矿库库容,为企业实现传统矿业向现代化生态矿业的转型升级提供技术支持。This paper introduces the environmental policy of a certain mine enterprise to comply with the "mine without tailings" and "environmental-friendly mine".Based on the limited capacity of tailings storage and the inability to meet the production development need of tailings processing capacity,the design practice of renovation and expansion of the original mine tailings conveying project was carried out.The mine has designed different operating conditions for tailings conveying based on the different destinations of tailings,and the equipment was selected based on calculation and analysis of tailings conveying parameters and the condition of existing reusable old equipment.After renovation,the tailings conveying system can match the production capacity of the enterprise,while also achieving the goal of comprehensive utilization of tailings,effectively saving the storage capacity of tailings storage,and providing technical support for the enterprise to achieve the transformation and upgrading from traditional mining industry to modern ecological mining industry.
