摘 要:为解决城门山铜矿尾矿库库容不足无法继续堆存问题,对刘家沟尾矿库进行了湿排改干式堆存工艺试验。试验对干堆试验区域进行分区,选取典型区域研究了地基不处理时干堆的可行性,测定了干堆尾砂的物理力学指标,通过各区块的试验效果对比分析找出最适应的地基处理工艺及技术参数。基于试验结果,在压实度满足90%的前提下,建议干堆体碾压完成后含水率不大于27%、容重不小于18.50 kN/cm3、凝聚力不小于33.8 kPa、内摩擦角不小于16.8°。全年监测结果显示,尾矿库运行情况达到了尾砂堆存工艺试验的目的,取得了很好的应用效果。In order to solve the problem of insufficient storage capacity in the tailings storage of Chengmenshan Copper Mine,the test on replacing wet discharge with dry stockpiling process was conducted in the Liujiagou tailings storage.The dry stockpiling test area was zoned in the test,and typical zones were selected to study the feasibility of dry stockpile without foundation treatment.The physical and mechanical indicators of dry stockpile tailings were measured,and the most suitable foundation treatment process and technical parameters were found through comparative analysis of the test results of all zones.Based on the test results,it is recommended that the moisture content of the dry stockpile after compaction should not exceed 27%,the unit weight should not be less than 18.50 kN/cm3,the cohesion should not be less than 33.8 kPa,and the internal friction angle should not be less than 16.8 °,provided that the compaction degree should be 90%.The annual monitoring results show that the operation of the tailings storage has reached the goal of testing the tailings stockpiling process and achieved good application results.
