务川黑牛产业发展现状及保种建议

摘　　要：务川黑牛是分布于贵州省务川县的特色地方品种,该品种历史悠久,具有营养价值高,适应性强,耐寒耐湿等优点,在实际生产中,务川黑牛被广泛用于役用和肉用。近年来,随着农村务农人数减少以及农业机械化率的提高,务川黑牛的存栏数量从1996年的4.5万头下降至2023年的1000头左右。因此,为更好地保护务川黑牛品种,维护贵州地方牛品种的多样性、系统性和完整性,该文从务川黑牛产业发展现状、研究现状和存在的问题出发,深入分析该品种在养殖和保种过程中遇到的挑战,并提出保种建议,为保护务川黑牛品种资源和推进产业发展提供理论支撑。Wuchuan black cattle is a characteristic breed in Wuchuan County,Guizhou Province.It has a long history and the advantages of high nutritional value,strong adaptability,cold and wet resistance,and is widely used in draft and meat.Due to the decrease of rural farmers and the increase of agricultural mechanization ratio,the number of wuchuan black cattle has dropped from 45,000 heads in 1996 to about 1000 heads in 2023.Therefore,in order to better protect this strain,maintain the diversity,systematicness and integrity of Guizhou local cattle breeds,this paper will start from the industry development,research statud,the existing problems of Wuchuan black cattle,deeply analyzed the challenges encountered in the breeding and conservation of this breed,then provided suggestions,so as to provide theoretical support for protecting Wuchuan black cattle variety resources and increasing industrial development.
