摘　　要：目的:调查及分析南京外秦淮河河岸带草本植物多样性及其与环境因子的关系,为秦淮河生态恢复及河流生态廊道的构建提供科学依据。方法:通过实地调查、查阅文献与资料,记录草本植物种类,并对其区系、多样性及与环境因子的关系进行分析。结果:外秦淮河河岸带调查的51个样点中,共有44科134属182种草本植物,不同样点间物种多样性存在变异较大。物种多样性指数与均匀度指数变化趋势较为一致,群落间无明显优势种。冗余分析表明坡度是外秦淮河河岸带植物多样性的重要影响因子。结论:基于外秦淮河河岸带草本植物的多样性特点,建议适当控制外秦淮河流域的垂钓、割草等人为活动的干扰,及时清理河岸带生活垃圾,开展合理的生态恢复工作。Objective:The diversity of herbaceous plants and the relationship with environmental factors were investigated and analysed in the riparian zone of the Outer Qinhuai River.The results would provide scientific basis for improving ecological restoration and constructing river ecological corridor of the Qinhuai River.Methods:The herbaceous plants were recorded,and their flora,diversity and relationship with environmental factors were analyzed based on field investigation and literature review.Results:A total of 44 families,134 genera,and 182 plant species were observed from 51 community quadrats in the study area.Species diversity varied greatly among different points.The trends of species diversity index and evenness index were consistent,and there were no dominant species among the communities.Redundancy analysis showed that slope was important factors influencing plant diversity in the riparian zone of the Outer Qinhuai River.Conclusion:Based on the diversity characteristics of herbaceous in the riparian zone of the Outer Qinhuai River,it was suggested to properly control the disturbance caused by human activities such as fishing and grass cutting in the riparian zone of the Outer Qinhuai River,to timely clean up household garbage in the riparian zone,and to carry out reasonable ecological restoration work.
