摘 要:由于长距离海底电缆的充电功率大量盈余,无法实现无功就地平衡,同时海缆过电压及沿线电流需满足海上风电接入相关标准,从海缆沿线的过电压及电流出发,基于海上风电接入相关标准,制定海上风电无功补偿方案配置流程。以实际工程为例,基于PSCAD和PSS/E软件搭建海上风电场交流送出仿真模型,研究无功补偿配置方案,为海上风电交流送出工程的无功补偿配置方案提供了理论支撑,提升了工程经济性。The large surplus of charge power from long-distance submarine cables is impossible to achieve reactive power local balance,and the submarine cable overvoltage and current along them have to meet the relevant standards of offshore wind power access.Therefore,the paper starts from the overvoltage and current of submarine cables to make the configuration process of offshore wind power reactive power compensation scheme based on the relevant standards of offshore wind power access.The paper,taking a practical project as an example,designs a reactive power compensation configuration scheme based on the simulation model of offshore wind farm AC transmission built in PSCAD and PSS/E.It provides theoretical support for the reactive power compensation configuration scheme of offshore wind power AC transmission project and improves the engineering economy.
