摘  要:利用实验室退火模拟装置模拟350 MPa轧硬板在不同退火条件下的工艺试验,将退火后的钢板进行材料力学性能和金相组织分析,结果表明:原始轧硬板为轧制纤维状组织,当退火加热温度升高到610~640℃,钢板发生部分铁素体再结晶;随着温度进一步升高,纤维状魏氏组织中出现细小铁素体晶粒和渗碳体,再结晶铁素体晶界析出弥散渗碳体;当退火温度升高到730℃时,弥散析出的渗碳体开始聚集长大,在轧制方向沿晶界分布;基于实验结果,实际工业试验中选择700~750℃的退火温度进行工艺验证,钢板实际性能达到:屈服强度平均值407 MPa,抗拉强度平均值491 MPa,伸长率平均值23%。Simulation experiments at different annealing temperature were carried out on 350MPa grade cold rolling steel by annealing simulation device.The effects of annealing temperature on recrystallization microstructure and mechanical properties were investigated.The results show that the original rolled hard steel has a ro.led fibrous structure.When the annealing heating temperature increases to 610~640℃,some ferrite recrystallization occurs in.the steel,As the temperature further increases,fine ferrite grains and cementite appear in the fibrous Weinstein structure and precipitation of dispersed cementite at grain boundaries of recrystallized ferrite.When the annealing temperature rises 730℃,cementite precipitated in the steel begins to gather and grow and distributed along grain boundaries along the rolling direction,Based on experimental results,the annealing temperature is assured at 700~750℃,and the mechanical properties of strip are ReL 407 MPa,Rm 491 MPa,A8023%.
