摘 要:留渣双渣法较常规单渣法在转炉质量与成本控制方面均有较大的优势,是实现深脱磷、少渣冶炼及低成本冶炼的一项重要措施,但对冶炼周期有一定的影响。本文从转炉脱磷率、成本以及冶炼周期等方面将留渣双渣法与单渣法进行对比,结果表明采用留渣双渣法后转炉脱磷率可提高10%,石灰消耗降低10%~20%,总渣量降低27 kg/t,钢铁料消耗降低11 kg/t,氧气消耗降低1 m^(3)/t,同时通过提高供氧强度以及优化溅渣工艺可将对冶炼周期的影响控制在4 min以内。Remaining Slag-Double Slag method is an important measure to realize deep dephosphorization,less slag smelting and low-cost smelting,and it has more advantages than the conventional single-slag method in the quality and cost control of converter,but it has certain influence on the smelting cycle.This article compared the Remaining Slag-Double Slag method with the single slag method in terms of the converter dephosphorization rate,cost,and smelting cycle,The results shows that the dephosphorization rate can be increased by 10%,the consumption of lime can be reduced by 10%-20%,the total slag quantity is reduced by 27kg/t,the consumption of iron and steel mate-rial is reduced by 1lkg/t,the consumption of oxygen is reduced by lm^(3)/t,and the effect on the smelting cycle is controlled within 4min by improved the oxygen supply intensity and optimized the slag splashing process.
