摘　　要：Community-acquired pneumonia is a common disease caused by a variety of pathogens.Tropheryma whipplei (T.whipplei) is a rare pathogenic bacterium,few cases have been reported.George Hoyt Whipple described Whipple’s disease as a chronic infectious disease affecting multiple organ systems for the first time in 1907.
