摘  要:以氢氧化铝干胶和偏钛酸为主要原料制备Al_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)载体,采用等体积浸渍法制备不同TiO_(2)含量的CoMo/Al_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)催化剂,采用BET、XRD、TPD、Py-IR、XPS、HRTEM等方法对所制备的催化剂进行表征,并以高芳烃催化油浆为原料,采用100 mL固定床评价装置对催化剂进行选择性加氢脱硫活性评价。结果表明:所制备的CoMo/Al_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)催化剂同时存有γ和δ相Al_(2)O_(3)、锐钛矿和金红石相的TiO_(2);随着TiO_(2)含量的增加,CoMo/Al_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)催化剂的比表面积和孔体积降低,平均孔径增加;催化剂表面既有Lewis(L)酸又有Bronsted(B)酸,含TiO_(2)催化剂的总酸量随着TiO_(2)含量的增加逐渐增多,B酸基本没有变化;随着TiO_(2)含量的增加,硫化态CoMo/Al_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)催化剂的硫化度和CoMoS相占比增大,催化剂表面MoS_(2)片层平均堆垛层数增加。TiO_(2)质量分数为10%时,CoMo/Al_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)催化剂高芳烃催化油浆加氢脱硫选择性因子最高。Al_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)carrier was prepared with aluminum hydroxide dried gel and metatitanic acid as the main raw materials.CoMo/Al_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)catalysts with different TiO_(2)contents were prepared by equal volume impregnation method.Moreover,the prepared catalysts were characterized by BET,XRD,TPD,Py-IR,XPS and HRTEM.The selective hydrodesulfurization activity of the catalysts was evaluated with high aromatic catalytic slurry as the raw material on a 100 mL fixed bed evaluation device.The results show that the prepared CoMo/Al_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)catalyst hasγandδphase Al_(2)O_(3),anatase and rutile phase TiO_(2).With the increase of TiO_(2)content,the specific surface area and pore volume of CoMo/Al_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)catalyst are decreased,and the average pore diameter is increased.There are both Lewis(L)acid and Br nsted(B)acid on the surface of the catalyst.With the increase of TiO_(2)content,the total acid content of the catalyst containing TiO_(2)gradually increases,and the B acid changes little.With the increase of TiO_(2)content,the sulfidity of CoMo/Al_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)sulfide catalyst and the proportion of CoMoS phase increase,and the average number of MoS_(2)stacking layers on the catalyst surface increases.When the mass fraction of TiO_(2)is 10%,the selectivity factor of hydrodesulfurization of high aromatic catalytic slurry for CoMo/Al_(2)O_(3)-TiO_(2)catalyst is the highest.
