摘　　要：为了解江苏近岸海域半滑舌鳎增殖放流效果,于2019年5、8和10月,开展了放流前和放流后大面调查及重点区域跟踪监测。结果表明,半滑舌鳎放流前,大面调查及重点监测出现频率分别为3.85%和23.08%;放流后,8和10月份大面跟踪监测出现频率分别为4.00%和2.00%,重点监测出现频率为11.11%,主要分布在辐射沙脊群海域。根据大面调查数据推算,2019年半滑舌鳎资源量为202.416 t。指出,2016—2019年,随着半滑舌鳎放流数量的增加,其资源量逐年递增;2017—2019年大面调查半滑舌鳎的IRI不断增加,优势种排序位也逐渐上升。In order to understand the status of Cynoglossus semilaevis in Jiangsu coastal waters,large area surverys and key area surverys were carried out in May,August,and October 2019 before and after the release.The results showed that,the frequency of large area survery and key area survery before the release was 3.85%and 23.08%,while the frequency of large area surverys after the release was 4.00%and 2.00%in August and October and the frequency of key area survery was 11.11%,mostly found in the radiate sandbanks.According to large area surveys data,the Cynoglossus semilaevis resource was 202.416 tons in 2019.From 2016 to 2019,as the number of Cynoglossus semilaevis released increases,the resources are increasing year by year.From 2017 to 2019,the IRI of Cynoglossus semilaevis was increasd in large area survery,and the order of dominant species was gradually increasd.
